Reservations accepted until 11:00 a.m. on day of arrival.
A credit card guarantee is required. We accept VISA & Mastercard. |

| Cancellation | For reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per room.
If cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours of arrival, your credit card will be charged for 50% of the reservation.
If cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival, your credit card will be charged for the full reservation. |
| Check in/out | We ask that you check in between 4pm and 9pm. We cannot accommodate early check ins. Check out is 11am. |
| Children | Children 12 years old and older are welcome. Children under 12 can only be accommodated in the Robert Burns Suite. No children’s menu is provided. (For children under 12 please call innkeepers.) |
| Breakfast |
Breakfast is served at one seating at 8:00 a.m.
If you need to leave earlier than 8:00 a.m. we will provide a Continental breakfast with advance notice. |
| Pets | Pets cannot be accommodated. |
| Smoking | Smoking is not allowed on the premises. |
